Another Easter Favorite!!!
1 package vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1/3 c veggie oil
Mix above and make as directed
Icing:
1 c crushed pineapple
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioner sugar
1 can coconut
Warm icing and pour over cake after it has cooled, but still slightly warm
