Brown Sugar Shortbread Cookies

Another one of my Mom's best cookies

1 c Brown Sugar - packed

1 lb Soft Butter

5 c Flour

Combine, knead with hands and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes

Roll 1/4" and cut into shapes, if desired

Bake 20-25 minutes at 300
